Holiday Shipping Update

Due to COVID-19 and the increased volume of our carriers, delays may occur as we work as quickly and safely as possible. You will receive your order in 7-40 business days from the date that it is placed.

VERIFICATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

You can find the countries/regions that we ship to, estimated delivery time, and shipping methods in the table below (the countries and regions are listed in alphabetical order).

Note: All of our products are made in China, we have stocked some of the styles in our US and UK warehouse, but still, most of the orders will be shipped from our CN warehouse, Please place your order only when you're fine with this, thank you for your understanding!

SPECIAL SITUATION REMINDER

Due to the severe global situation of the COVID-19 epidemic and the suspension of most flights, the freight capacity of major routes has been greatly reduced. The control measures adopted by various countries will directly affect capacity, freight, processing speed and delivery time. The specific impact of time will vary from country to country. Please wait 10-20 days more after the estimated time of arrival.

Note for taxes:
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries you may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

China Warehouse

The estimated delivery time above does not include weekends. You can track your package on http://track.4px.com. It is possible that the update of information is slightly delayed, normally it is fine. But if the shipping takes longer than expected, or the tracking number keeps being identified as "invalid", please choose "4PX" as the carrier or contact us and we will take care of the issue for you.

Your country is not in the list?

If you want to ship to other countries, or you need urgent delivery, please shoot us an email at info@camelstore.com or leave a note on our Facebook page BEFORE placing the order, we will be more than happy to make special arrangements for you!

All items being sold at camelstore.com are guaranteed to be delivered to buyers within 60 days (90 days for South Africa, Chile, Peru, Nigeria, Mauritania, Algeria, Mexico, Tanzania, Tunisia). And all orders shipped from the US, and UK warehouse are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days. You can get a full refund if you have not received your item(s) beyond this time.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;

3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;

4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Camel's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.

Note: The shipping times mentioned above refer to the estimated times of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times. We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues.

Return

From the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to return your item. Please contact us at info@camelstore.com or contact page if you want to make a return and tell us the reason for your return, Once we receive your return request, we will send you instructions on how to return your items. 

Please note that we only accept returned items in their original condition, including the original labels attached to them (see below), otherwise we cannot issue a refund for you.  

SHIPPING FEE

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. 

We authorize a FREE return for the following types of situations:

• Manufacture defects: poor quality ss, zipper defects, rip or torn
• Wrong/missing item from the package.

However, we do not cover the return shipping fee in the following situations:

• Wrong size/color ordered
• Changed mind/ Item no longer wanted

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The returned item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, andneeds to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags.
• To expedite the return process, please send us a phototo show that the return item is intact with its original packaging and tags. You can send the photos with your order number to info@camelstore.com: 
• Please do contact us before making a return.

Exchanging an item

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items purchased in our online shop at the moment. Please reorder the desired style in a different colour/size and return the other item.

Refund

As soon as we have received, checked and approved your return, we will send you an email confirming the refund. The refund depends on the selected payment method and is usually made within 10 working days. We use the same payment method as for your purchase.
