1. We want you to be happy with your CAMEL product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase made through our Website, you are always welcome to return your items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund.
- You have 45 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Camel, you can contact us to return products.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, and accessories (except scarves and bags).
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

2. When returning merchandise purchased from camelstore.com, shipping costs paid on the order are not refunded.
You can return by mail, please ship the items to the address below and pack the merchandise and receipt into a sturdy box. CAMEL does not provide prepaid shipping labels. Please send all shipments prepaid and include all merchandise tags.

Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box. Please put it in a larger box, otherwise, they will not be returned, and you will not receive any refunds or store credits.
Non-apparel items must be intact and returned in the original packaging, otherwise, they will not be returned, and you will not receive any refunds or store credits.
3. If an incorrect, defective or damaged product was shipped to you, or if there were missing items, please contact us as indicated in the Contact Us section.
We will provide you with the necessary instructions to ship back the incorrect, defective or damaged product at our cost and will promptly arrange for shipment of a replacement product, or resend you the missing items in the second case.
4. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process.
