Return

From the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to return your item. Please contact us at info@camelstore.com or contact page if you want to make a return and tell us the reason for your return, Once we receive your return request, we will send you instructions on how to return your items. 

Please note that we only accept returned items in their original condition, including the original labels attached to them (see below), otherwise we cannot issue a refund for you.  

Refund

As soon as we have received, checked and approved your return, we will send you an email confirming the refund. The refund depends on the selected payment method and is usually made within 10 working days. We use the same payment method as for your purchase.

    Exchanging an item

    From the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to exchange your item. Please contact us at info@camelstore.com or contact page if you want to make an exchange and tell us the reason. Once we receive your exchange request, we will send you instructions on how to exchange your items. 

    SHIPPING FEE

    If the return or exchange is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

    No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

    We authorize a FREE return or exchange for the following types of situations:

    Manufacture defects: poor quality ss, zipper defects, rip or torn
    Wrong/missing item from the package.
    However, we do not cover the return shipping fee in the following situations:

    Wrong size/color ordered
    Changed mind/ Item no longer wanted

    IMPORTANT NOTES

    The returned item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags.
    To expedite the return process, please send us a photo to show that the returned item is intact with its original packaging and tags. You can send the photos with your order number to info@camelstore.com:
