How to track my order?
You can use the tracking number that we send you to track your package here:
Step 1. Please click the default carrier (eg. USPS) first and click "Select Carrier":
Step 2. In the new window, type "4PX" in the search bar and select 4PX, then the shipping update will pop up automatically:
It is possible that the update of information is slightly delayed, normally it is fine, please do not worry.
But if the shipping takes longer than expected, or the tracking number keeps being identified as "invalid", please contact us and we will take care of the issue for you.
Where is my order?
Shipment Confirmation Email
When your order is shipped, we send a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, there are several possibilities:
- We may still be processing your order.
- The email went straight into your Spam/Trash mailbox.
- The email was bounced back.
If it is not anywhere in your mailbox, and has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order, please contact us at email@example.com or on Facebook page (See more info on Contact Us page).
If you have an account with us, please login to your account where you will be able locate your order and find the tracking code.
If you cannot find the Shipment Confirmation and you do not have an account with us, please contact us and we'll be happy to track your order for you.
If you want to make changes on the order or cancellations, please contact us immdiately after placing the order, we will be able to help you if the package is not shipped yet. If the package is shipped, we are unable to change or cancel an order. You have the option to return the item for a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience.
